Our Operations Manager is Noveed Mumtaz. He is responsible for bringing in work of a personal injury nature via a number of contacts he has gained through working in the industry for the last few years. At the start of the practice he carried a full file load, but as the firm has grown it has become more important for him to bring in the work to supply to the other fee-earners, than for him to do the work himself. He is exceptionally good at dealing with the host of Accident Management Companies that have sprung up in the last 5 years, both in acquiring new sources of work and managing existing ones.
