Personal Injury - Road Traffic Accidents
We deal mainly with RTA work, claiming for personal injury and damages as a result of a road traffic accident. We also deal with MIB cases where the third party involved is either un-insured or has fled the scene without leaving any details.
Once your initial details and details of the accident have been taken we will establish from your insurers if you have Legal Expense Insurance (LEI). If you do have LEI then your claim will be dealt with using that insurance, if not then we are able to offer you a NO WIN - NO FEE* agreement that means if we are unable to win the claim you will not pay us a penny in respect of our costs.
In the event of a Road Traffic Accident claim we are able to offer you recovery & storage services and if required we can arrange a replacement vehicle for you.
If you are badly injured and require treatment such as physiotherapy, we can arrange for private treatment either on a deferred basis or for the third party's insurers to cover the cost of private treatment, where liability is no issue.
We will then arrange a medical appointment on your behalf in an area close to where you live and deal directly with the third party insurers to recover all of your losses including compensation for personal injury, loss of earnings and any other losses suffered as a consequence of the accident.

Personal Injury - Public Liability & Employer's Liability
Public Liability claims are where a person has been involved in an accident (ie. Slipping on a broken pavement) in a public area as a result of negligence. We will deal with these types of claims in a similar way to the above.
We also deal with Employer's Liability claims where a person has been injured as result of their employer's negligence. As with Public Liability claims, we will deal with these claims in much the same way as we do with Road Traffic Accidents.

Personal Injury - Industrial Disease
We are pleased to confirm that we now offer a service in dealing with Industrial Disease claims. In the event that due to your working environment you suffer from breathing difficulties from a dusty environment, hearing loss due to a noisy environment or Repetitive Strain Injury or Vibration White Finger from using certain types of machinery then we are in a position to assist you with claiming compensation against the responsible employer.

If you have been a victim of a criminal attack and you have reported the matter to the police we can assist you in completing the required forms, walking you through the procedure, and managing your claim against the Criminal injuries Compensation Board.
