Nesbit Law Group is a vibrant firm of Solicitors, set up to deal in the first instance with personal injury claims.

The personal injury market is still one of the fastest growing areas of legal business, due to the advent of a number of accident management companies making the public more aware of their rights to claim.

The firm is currently growing rapidly and the fee earrners are in a position to turn round cases quicker than average for the industry, due to the set up of the firm in terms of software and support. The aim is to maximise the personal injury department with a mix of mainly RTA fee-earners, and small ID and PTSD departments all with appropriate support staff. The time scale for this is a further 2 years. The firm is very aware of the pitfalls and dangers of expanding too quickly and in particular, Mr Nesbit has seen these dangers first hand at a number of different firms.

The ethos is therefore to lay the groundwork so that the firm has a stable foundation to allow it to progress at an acceptable rate.
