PERSONAL INJURY

We also specialise in Personal Injury claims, which fall into two categories.

SLIP / TRIP CLAIMS

Also known as public liability claims, these are claims for injuries sustained in a public area where a person has been involved in an accident as a result of negligence.

A typical claim is where an individual has suffered injury as a result of a fall caused by a pothole or perhaps by poorly maintained or defective pavement.

ACCIDENT AT WORK CLAIMS

We specialise in claims involving accidents at work (also known as Employers' Liability claims).

These claims involve injuries sustained by individuals whilst carrying out an activity as part of their job. An employer has a duty to provide an employee with a safe place to work. However, accidents that could have been prevented still occur.

The definition of an employee is wide and can include self-employed contractors and volunteers, for example.
